SMS Opt-In & Consent
Oliv AI sends SMS messages only to prospects and customers who have given express consent. There are two ways to opt in: through the consent checkbox on our demo request form, or through verbal consent captured during a live call with an Oliv AI representative. Both paths are documented below.
Web opt-in
A prospect visits oliv.ai/sms-signup, enters their mobile number, and checks a box that is unchecked by default with the following label:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Oliv AI about my demo, meetings, and follow-ups at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See Terms (oliv.ai/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (oliv.ai/privacy).”

Verbal opt-in
During a live call, the Oliv AI representative reads the following script and logs the consent and the mobile number against the contact record:
“Would it be okay if I follow up by text at [number]? You'll get scheduling, reminders, and follow-up messages from Oliv AI. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
Program details
Messages include demo and meeting scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups after sales calls or demos, and replies to inbound inquiries the recipient initiated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for assistance. Consent is never purchased, rented, or transferred, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
